Brandi Creel, A.C.N.P.-B.C.
Brandi Creel, CRNP, obtained her BSN from the University of North and a MSN from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Brandi works also as a adjunct clinical instructor for undergraduate nursing students in the critical care setting.
For the past several years, she has worked at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital in the CCU and with a private practice as a ACNP treating pulmonary associated medical conditions.
Melanie Looser, A.C.N.P.-B.C.
Melanie Looser, CRNP, a lifetime resident of the Shoals, did her undergraduate training at the University of North Alabama. Her background is in coronary critical care at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital. She did her Master's training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and obtained a degree as an Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with clinical training in emergency medicine, nephrology, pulmonology, and cardiology.
Leah Bush, A.C.N.P.-B.C.
Leah Bush, CRNP, obtained her BSN from the University of North Alabama and her MSN from the University of Alabama at Huntsville.
After obtaining her BSN, she worked at ECM Hospital in the Progressive Care Unit and in the Intensive Care Unit for a total of 4 years. She obtained her CCRN certification while there as well.
She is certified in ACLS and BLS, and has had clinical training in emergency medicine, nephrology, pulmonology, and cardiology.
Amanda McCann, F.N.P.- B.C.
Amanda McCann, CRNP, initially obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing from Northwest Shoals. She then returned to school at The University of Alabama at Huntsville, after working as a registered nurse, to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She later attended The University of Alabama Huntsville for her Master’s training. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Her background is as a registered nurse in Cardiovascular Surgery and the Cardiovascular Recovery Unit, at ECM Hospital for approximately 8 years, prior to returning to school for her Master’s education. She previously worked as a nurse practitioner in Primary Care, and in CV Surgery, before joining the TVCC team.
