Insurance Information

Billing and Collections: You may call the billing office for billing questions. Our patient Account Reresentatives may use voice mail because of the large volume of calls. If you do not reach a representative directly, please leave you name, the patient's name and a phone number where you may be reached. Your call will be returned within 24 hours.

Self-Pay: We do accept Self-Pay.

UCR (Usual and Customary Rate): TVCC is committed to providing the best possible treatment, and we charge what is Usual and Customary for our area. You are responsible for paying the bill in full, regardless of the insurance company's determination of usual and customary rates.
